Shipping Times & Methods

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select products for an additional fee.
  • White Glove Delivery: For high-value items (e.g., hyperbaric chambers, luxury saunas), a specialized delivery service is available, including setup and installation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Some items, such as custom orders, opened medical-grade equipment, or personal-use recovery devices, may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges & Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or repair depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used hyperbaric chambers, saunas, cryotherapy units, and red light therapy devices (for hygiene and safety).
  • Custom-built or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
