Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
- Some items, such as custom orders, opened medical-grade equipment, or personal-use recovery devices, may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges & Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hyperbaric chambers, saunas, cryotherapy units, and red light therapy devices (for hygiene and safety).
- Custom-built or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
